Hi, I’m Julie! I’m a mom to my Harley who was born October 2024. I joined FIT4MOM when she was just 4 months old. What started as a way to get out of the house and move my body quickly became such an important part of my motherhood journey. The workouts are great, but even more special are the friendships and support from the incredible moms in this community. I truly can’t imagine doing this season of life without it!

Outside of mom life, I taught history for 15 years and now run my own curriculum business creating resources for teachers. I’m also expecting another baby girl this July, so life is about to get even busier and sweeter! I’m excited to temporarily step in as playgroup coordinator and am so grateful to be part of this FIT4MOM community 💛
