You see, there’s this stigma around new motherhood that immediately when baby comes, we have to be a superhero. We have to do all the things by ourselves to prove we can do everything without help — that we are the perfect mom. And here’s the thing...we need to slow down. We need to ask for help. We need to REST. We need to nourish our bodies and our souls, just like we take care of Baby. We need to sleep when the baby sleeps and know that the laundry and dishes can wait. We need to eat foods that aid our birth recovery process and take things SLOW. We obsess about losing “the baby weight” and stretch marks and curves, when we need to embrace them; for they created life (Mother:11) 🙃 If you needed to read this today, please slow down. Please look at yourself and your tired eyes in the mirror and go to bed earlier tonight. Unplug from social media and take a bath, read a book, go for a walk, take a nap. Rest, Mama. Strides 360™ promises a heart-pumping workout designed to increase your endurance while also developing speed, agility, and quickness to help you sprint through mom life. Bodyweight conditioning is strategically placed to provide recovery, strength and round out your workout. It's for any mom interested in a workout that can be as hard as you need it to be on your good days or scaled back on days you’re not sure how you made it out the door! Bring your kiddos with you in the stroller or leave the kiddo at home and come play with your mom friends. Either way, the hour will fly by and leave you energized for the rest of your day!
Fit4Baby® is designed specifically for moms-to-be. All exercises are carefully selected to prepare your body for the many changes you will experience during pregnancy. You can begin Fit4Baby at any point during pregnancy as the workouts are scientifically- based, purposeful and designed to accommodate your changing body. The 60-minute workout includes cardio, strength, balance, and flexibility training and ends with a relaxing meditation; everything you need during this precious time!
Stroller Strides® is a functional, total-body conditioning workout designed for moms with kids in tow. Each 60-minute workout is comprised of strength training, cardio and core restoration, all while entertaining the little ones with songs, activities and fun! Each Stroller Strides instructor is skilled to meet you where you are mentally & physically. You’ll leave class feeling connected, successful & energized. No more mama guilt! This class is all about self care in a supportive and encouraging environment.
Stroller Barre® is a 60-minute cardio and strength interval class designed to improve posture, stability, and mobility. This workout combines moves inspired by barre, ballet, Pilates, fitness, and yoga to help you regain posture and alignment while strengthening your body from the inside out. Stroller Barre® will help you reconnect with your body, increase flexibility and develop the core strength needed for motherhood.
Body Well® is about the journey, meeting you where you are & challenging you to grow. This 8-week program includes small group fitness coaching, nutritional guidance, recipes + meal planners, community-based workouts, and weekly challenges to help you manage stress and sleep better. Body Well will focus on improving your physical and mental well-being with a community of mamas to support you every step of the way.
Body Boost® Combining cardio, strength, core, and meditation, Body Boost™ is the perfect workout for mom’s mental and physical health. Body Boost™ is a 60-minute results-based, high-intensity interval training (HIIT) class designed to challenge, empower, and energize, leaving Mom feeling refreshed and recharged for motherhood and all that comes with it.
Whether you're preparing for an upcoming race or simply enjoy running with other like-minded mamas, Run Club is for you. A program for all levels, Run Club allows you to run, improve your health and fitness, and connect with other moms through two styles of class: Run Clinics which are designed to correct running form and increase speed and agility, and Run Days designed to increase endurance. No running experience required!
