Find Your Strength in Motherhood

FIT4BABY® is a 6 week prenatal fitness program in Rocklin that will build your mental and physical endurance, strengthen your body, and prepare you for pregnancy, birth, and beyond. The workout is 1 hour and focuses on cardio endurance, strength and core stability. and each class ends with a grounding meditation.

FIT4MOM is such an amazing way to find your #strengthinmotherhood while you connect with other expecting mamas and begin building or growing your village!

CLASS SCHEDULE

FIT4BABY is currently on pause, with plans to return in Spring 2026. In the meantime, if you’re expecting, you are welcome to join any of the classes on our schedule. All of our instructors are certified in prenatal fitness, and every class is designed to meet the needs of moms at every stage, including pregnancy!
