FIT4BABY® is a prenatal fitness program designed to support you through every stage of pregnancy—physically, mentally, and emotionally. It is designed specifically for all moms-to-be - no matter your trimester. You can begin FIT4BABY at any point during pregnancy, as the workouts are scientifically- based, purposeful, and designed to accommodate your changing body. Each class blends low-impact cardio, strength training, and flexibility exercises that are safe and effective for all trimesters, while also focusing on breathing, posture, and core connection. More than just a workout, FIT4BABY creates space for education, confidence, and community, helping you prepare your body for birth, recovery, and motherhood alongside other expecting moms.

Our classes follow a supportive 6-week cycle, designed to build strength, endurance, and connection—followed by a scheduled rest week for recovery. Don’t worry about start dates though… you can jump in whenever you're ready!

Your membership includes up to 5 classes per month across any of our formats—FIT4BABY, stroller classes, indoor workouts, and more. All prenatal-friendly, and no stroller needed!
• Unlimited Membership $99/month
Enjoy unlimited FIT4Baby classes plus access to all of our other FIT4MOM workouts and playgroups. Even better—our other classes are prenatal-friendly too!
Your membership also includes access to our on-demand workouts, so you can move from home whenever you need, plus an exclusive 10% discount at Santosha Yoga to support your body in every season.
This is a great option for first-time moms looking for variety, or for moms with older kiddos who will love the built-in community, classes, and playtime.
