FIT4BABY® is a prenatal workout that will build your mental and physical endurance, strengthen your body, and prepare you for pregnancy, birth, and beyond.

FREE OPEN HOUSE

Join us for an open house where you will be able to mingle with local pregnancy and postpartum wellness resources, sip on pressed juice, sample the FIT4BABY workout and end with a grounding meditation led by Santosha Yoga.
