FIT4BABY® is a 6-week prenatal fitness program designed to support you through every stage of pregnancy—physically, mentally, and emotionally. Each class blends low-impact cardio, strength training, and flexibility exercises that are safe and effective for all trimesters, while also focusing on breathing, posture, and core connection. More than just a workout, FIT4BABY creates space for education, confidence, and community, helping you prepare your body for birth, recovery, and motherhood alongside other expecting moms.
