FIT4BABY® is a prenatal workout that will build your mental and physical endurance, strengthen your body, and prepare you for pregnancy, birth, and beyond. The workout is 1 hour and focuses on cardio endurance, strength and core stability. and each class ends with a grounding meditation.

FIT4MOM is such an amazing way to find your #strengthinmotherhood while you connect with other expecting mamas and begin building or growing your village!
