Fall Run Club Series 🍂🏃♀️
Ready to train with purpose and cross that finish line strong? Join us for 16 weeks of guided group runs, personalized training plans, and real community support! You pick your fall race—we’ll help you train for it. No matter what your training plan is, join us for any of the group runs August 9 - November 22nd!
Our base plans are 8 weeks long, but can be customized to extend to 12 or 16 weeks based on your race date and goals. Whether you're going for a 5K, 10K, or half marathon, we’ve got you covered!
Group runs meet every Saturday on rotating local trails and include a fun mix of cross training, hills, intervals, and endurance building to boost your strength, speed, and confidence.
All paces welcome. Come for the miles, stay for the motivation.
Race Option Examples:
Gold Country Run (El Dorado Hills) 5k/10k - September 13th
Urban Cow (Sacramento) 5k/10k/Half Marathon - September 27th-28th
Hot Pink Fun Run (Roseville) - September 28th
Run the Parkway (Carmichael) Half Marathon - November 9th
Apple Hill 5k/Half Marathon - November 16th
MandaRun (Loomis) 5k/Half Marathon - Date TBD
