RUN CLUB+ Spring Maintenance Session

Run Club+ Spring Maintenance Session is 8 weeks of coach-led group runs and cross training designed to keep you moving, accountable, and connected. No race required, no pressure — just great workouts and even better company every Saturday morning.

This isn't your average run club. Every meetup brings something different — intervals, strength, mobility, Strides 360 — so you're always challenged and never bored.

Whether you're a returning Run Club+ member or joining us for the first time, you're welcome here.

Group Runs Built To Make You Stronger

Group runs meet every Saturday on rotating local trails and feature a fun mix of cross training, hills, intervals, and endurance building to help you grow stronger, faster, and more confident with every mile.

All paces welcome. Come for the miles, stay for the motivation!

THE RUN CLUB+® Spring Maintenance session includes:

  • 8 weekly coach-led group meetups (Saturdays at 7:00 AM)
  • Varied workouts — interval runs, Strides 360, strength training, mobility, and more
  • Certified run coach guidance at every meetup
  • Optional training plan if you have a race on the calendar
  • All paces welcome — strollers too!

In-person group runs will take place once a week. Strollers are welcome!
