FIT4MOM’s Run Club+ program is designed for any level of runner. Looking for accountability? We’ve got you, Mama! Join your mom squad to train for your next race!

Ready to train with purpose and cross that finish line strong? Join us this spring for guided group runs, personalized training plans, and real community support!

Choose your goal race — an 8-week training program for the Shamrock Run on March 14th or a 12-week training program for Run Rocklin on April 12th. You can even join any races in between! No matter which race you choose, you’ll have full access to the Run Club program and group runs through April 12th.

Group runs meet every Saturday on rotating local trails and feature a fun mix of cross training, hills, intervals, and endurance building to help you grow stronger, faster, and more confident with every mile.

All paces welcome. Come for the miles, stay for the motivation! 🌿

In-person group runs will take place once a week. Strollers are welcome!
