Run Club+
RUN CLUB+ Fall Series
Run Club+ Fall Series is 18 weeks of coach-led training, accountability, education, and community designed to help you become a stronger, more confident runner.
This isn't your average run club. Every Saturday brings a purposeful workout designed to support your training, including intervals, hills, speed work, strength, mobility, trail runs, and more. You'll also receive a structured training plan, weekly coaching emails, and guidance from an RRCA Certified Run Coach every step of the way.
Whether you're training for a fall race, working toward a personal running goal, or simply looking for motivation to stay consistent, this program is for you. Races are completely optional. We welcome runners of all paces and experience levels, from first-time runners to seasoned racers.
Choose your goal. We'll help you get there.

FAQ's
Frequently Asked Questions
Are strollers welcome?
Absolutely! This is FIT4MOM, after all. Many of our workouts and training runs are stroller-friendly, and we'll always communicate ahead of time if a particular route or workout is not ideal for strollers.
Where do we meet?
Training locations vary throughout the season. Race day rarely takes place on the exact route you train on, so we'll practice on a variety of terrain, hills, paths, and surfaces to help you feel confident and prepared for anything on race day.
Can I join after the program starts?
Maybe! Depending on where we are in the training cycle, late-entry registration may be available. Reach out to Ashley to discuss your goals and determine whether joining mid-season is the right fit.
Do I need to be able to run already?
No. Whether you're returning to running after having a baby, building consistency, or training for a new distance, we'll meet you where you are and help you progress safely and confidently.
What distances are supported?
The program is designed to support runners training for a variety of race distances, including 5Ks, 10Ks, and half marathons. Training plans will be tailored to your goal race.
What happens at our weekly meetups?
Each week will focus on a different aspect of training. Sessions may include strength training, hill work, mobility, intervals, running form, recovery strategies, or group runs designed to keep everyone moving and training together.
Will I receive a training plan?
Yes! Registration includes a structured training plan, weekly guidance, accountability, and coaching support throughout the program.
What if I miss a week?
Life happens, especially for moms. You'll still have access to your training plan and coaching guidance so you can stay on track even if you can't attend every meetup.
Who is coaching the program?
The program is led by Ashley Wursten, a FIT4MOM Run Club Coach, RRCA Certified Run Coach, and Boston Marathon qualifier with years of racing and coaching experience.
