Boost & Brews happens every first Monday of the month and is the perfect mix of fitness, community, and fun for moms in the Rocklin/Roseville area. We kick things off with Body Boost, a high-energy, full-body HIIT workout designed to build strength, boost endurance, and leave you feeling empowered.

After we sweat, we head to Moksa Brewing Co. in Rocklin for some well-deserved mama time, connection, and a refreshing drink. Come for the workout, stay for the laughs, and leave feeling strong, supported, and recharged.

Each little will get a paper with the outline of a gum-ball machine and a sheet of circle stickers. We will encourage them to work on their pincer grasps, bilateral coordination, and hand-eye coordination as they peel off the stickers and place them in the outline of the gum-ball machine!

A fun and simple craft that will add a burst of colors on your refrigerator door!🌈

Get ready for some apple-inspired creativity! Little ones can stamp, squish, and create with apples in two fun art activities. A perfect morning for making a little mess, getting creative, and connecting with other families!

Can you help us solve the mystery of “Who’s My Mama?” 🔎 Our littles will match animal babies to their mamas, go on a mini detective hunt, and try their hand at a fun mystery bag game where they feel and guess hidden objects!

A playful week of matching, exploring, movement & learning! 💕 Then, tomorrow night, leave the littles at home and join us for Moms Night Out: Famous Moms Murder Mystery! 🕵️‍♀️🍷

Join us for a nursery rhyme playgroup!

We'll be singing some of your little's favorite songs, as well as incorporate Spanish and American Sign Language!

Moms Night Out Murder Mysetery - Lights, camera, mystery! 🔎💋

Get ready for a Famous Moms-themed Murder Mystery Moms Night Out! Scripted roles are first come, first serve, so use the sign-up sheet to select your character.

Don’t want a scripted role? No problem! Select the Supporting Character sheet and let us know who you want to be. We’ve included some examples for inspiration, but feel free to get creative!

Just be sure to check whether your character has already been chosen… and if we end up with duplicates, who cares?! Sometimes two is better than one! 😉

Bring your PSL ☕ and celebrate the start of the season with us at playgroup! Our little artists will get messy with a fun corn cob painting craft by using real corn cobs to stamp and create their own colorful fall artwork! 🎨
