Mom's Morning Out - Paddleboarding | Join us for a morning on the water with our FIT4MOM Placer Paddle Boarding Meetup! ☀️🌊

Whether you’re an experienced paddle boarder or trying it for the first time, this is such a fun way to move your body, soak up some sunshine, and connect with other moms in the community.

You can rent a paddle board or kayak directly through the aquatic center. To help speed up the rental process, we highly recommend creating your account ahead of time before arriving.

Plan to meet at 9:30 AM for rentals and setup, and we’ll launch out onto the water by 10:00 AM! We can’t wait for a fun and relaxing morning together.

Boost & Brews happens every first Monday of the month and is the perfect mix of fitness, community, and fun for moms in the Rocklin/Roseville area. We kick things off with Body Boost, a high-energy, full-body HIIT workout designed to build strength, boost endurance, and leave you feeling empowered.

After we sweat, we head to Moksa Brewing Co. in Rocklin for some well-deserved mama time, connection, and a refreshing drink. Come for the workout, stay for the laughs, and leave feeling strong, supported, and recharged.

Around the World Stroller Barre - Pack your (imaginary) passports and join us for a special Around the World edition of Stroller Barre as part of our World Travel Week at FIT4MOM Camp! 🌍✈️

We’ll “travel” through France, England, Australia, and Mexico with fun music, themed movements, and playful surprises along the way. Expect a low-impact, full-body workout that blends strength, balance, and core work — all while your little ones enjoy the adventure right beside you!
