We’ll head over to Bar 101 for drinks, T-Shirt Roulette, and our scavenger hunt!

👕 T-Shirt Roulette: Bring one wrapped T-shirt in size XL to exchange. Think funny, ridiculous, slightly humiliating… the more questionable, the better. 😂

🔎 Scavenger Hunt: We’ll split into teams and take on Old Roseville. Bring your competitive spirit!

Halloween Mash Up Class + Trunk or Treat 👻

Come dressed in your Halloween best for a festive Halloween Mash Up workout! Costumes are encouraged, so get creative and have some fun with it. 🎃

After we finish the workout, we’ll head to the parking lot to decorate our trunks and get ready for the Trunk or Treat! Bring your trunk-decorating supplies and plenty of age-appropriate treats for the kiddos.

Once we’re ready, the kids will roam from trunk to trunk collecting treats and checking out everyone’s Halloween creations. 🍬👻

Our little explorers will hunt for pinecones around the park—walking, crawling, squatting, and reaching to collect them! 🐿️ Once we’ve gathered our pinecones, we’ll bring them back and decorate them with colorful foam pieces, stickers, and silly eyes! 👀✨

Join us for an autumn themed playgroup! We'll accompany our littles as they explore a fall themed sensory box and color turkeys!🦃

Meet at the tables after workout!

Get ready for one of our cutest (and silliest!) traditions of the year! Join us Sunday, November 15th, for a morning full of little legs, big smiles, and turkey-chasing fun!

Children ages 4 and up will race a 1K loop and earn a medal, while our littlest turkeys (ages 3 and under) get their own roped-off track to run while we cheer them on with bubbles. And the best part?

After the races, stick around for snacks, playgroup crafts, and time to connect with your FIT4MOM village.

Give back while we trot! ❤️

We're collecting diapers, baby essentials, and women's hygiene products to support local women and children in need. Bring an item or two to donate and help us make a difference right here in our community.

We'll provide bagels, bananas, and applesauce packets, but feel free to bring an additional snack to share!

Come for the medals, stay for the crafts, and chase a turkey while you're at it. We can't wait to see you there! 🏅
