Are you ready to transform your body, boost your energy, and feel strong in motherhood? Body Well at FIT4MOM Placer is an 8-week fitness and wellness program designed specifically for moms at every stage — from postpartum to seasoned moms looking to reclaim their strength. Our program combines strength training, HIIT workouts, nutrition guidance, and small-group support to help you crush your fitness goals while balancing the demands of motherhood.
With Body Well, you’ll experience full-body workouts tailored for moms, including muscle-toning strength sessions and high-intensity interval (HIIT) workouts that burn calories, increase endurance, and improve overall fitness. Plus, our 3 Nutritional Pillars guide and healthy recipes give you the tools to fuel your body for results that last.
Train alongside a supportive community of moms in Roseville, Rocklin, and the greater Placer County area, guided by certified coaches trained to work with the female body. Every workout is safe, effective, and scalable for all fitness levels — because your wellness journey deserves both results and encouragement.
How Body Well Works
Body Well is designed to fit into your busy mom life while delivering real results. Over 8 weeks, you’ll follow a carefully structured program that blends strength training, high-intensity interval workouts (HIIT), and mindfulness to help you build muscle, burn fat, and increase endurance.
Here’s what makes Body Well effective:

Two weekly in-person workouts – One strength session to tone and sculpt your body, and one HIIT workout to boost cardiovascular fitness and calorie burn. Each workout includes a short guided meditation to reset your mind and support mental wellness.

Nutrition guidance for real results – Learn how to fuel your body with balanced, mom-friendly meals based on FIT4MOM’s 3 Nutritional Pillars, complete with a recipe guide and weekly challenges.

Small-group support and coaching – Train in a motivating, community-focused environment where certified coaches provide expert guidance, modifications, and encouragement for every fitness level.

Goal-focused approach – Every week, you’ll receive emails with workout focuses, wellness challenges, and tips to keep you accountable, energized, and progressing toward your goals.
By the end of the program, you’ll not only see physical results but also feel more confident, stronger, and supported in your journey as a mom. Body Well is about creating lasting habits and empowering you to feel your best, no matter your stage of motherhood.

SEASONAL NUTRITION GUIDE + WEEKLY CHALLENGES
Figuring out nutrition on your own can be a daunting task, especially when you are focusing on feeding your families. We tend to put our own nutrition on the back burner and find ourselves reaching for the easiest thing. Our nutrition guide and coaching is designed to help you find the best, in season choices for a well rounded and sustainable outlook on food. Amazing in season recipes and weekly meal plans will help you stay on track.
2 LIVE WORKOUTS WEEKLY + CALMING MEDITATIONS
Meet in person twice a week for small-group workouts designed to challenge you safely and effectively. One session focuses on strength training to build muscle and tone. The other is high-intensity interval training (HIIT) to increase endurance, boost metabolism, and improve overall fitness — each followed by a guided meditation to help you reset and recharge.
Our FIT4MOM coaches are specially trained to support the unique needs of a woman’s body. Every workout is safe, empowering, and designed for all levels of fitness and every stage of motherhood.
ACCESS TO OUR DIGITAL LIBRARY
In addition to working out twice a week live, you will have a number of pre-recorded workouts at your disposal to complete in your own time.
BEFORE AND AFTER ASSESSMENTS
We will measure your achievements with results from physical assessments including strength, endurance, body measurements and weight change (optional).
ACCOUNTABILITY + COMMUNITY
Your certified coach will monitor your progress closely, encouraging you and celebrating you along the way. You'll also have a community of moms all focused on their own transformations for additional support, guidance, and friendship!
