Meet Body Well!

We welcome you to the FIT4MOM Body Well Program! We are excited to help you realize your own possibilities. Body Well is an 8 week transformational, results based journey designed to push you to your potential, crush your wellness goals and find your strength in motherhood.

This program combines the result-based, total-body, interval workouts and nutritional guidance based on our 3 Nutritional Pillars, recipe guide, weekly emails with focuses and challenges, and guidance from your coach.

WHAT'S INCLUDED?

SEASONAL NUTRITION GUIDE + WEEKLY CHALLENGES

Figuring out nutrition on your own can be a daunting task, especially when you are focusing on feeding your families. We tend to put our own nutrition on the back burner and find ourselves reaching for the easiest thing. Our nutrition guide and coaching is designed to help you find the best, in season choices for a well rounded and sustainable outlook on food. Amazing in season recipes and weekly meal plans will help you stay on track.

2 LIVE WORKOUTS WEEKLY + CALMING MEDITATIONS

Meet in-person for TWO 60-minute HIIT workouts/meditation per week that cycle thru cardio, strength and core in a small group format meant to challenge you safely and effectively. Our coaches are specially trained to work with the female body. Each workout is safe and effective for all levels of fitness and motherhood.

ACCESS TO OUR DIGITAL LIBRARY

In addition to working out twice a week live, you will have a number of pre-recorded workouts at your disposal to complete in your own time.

BEFORE AND AFTER ASSESSMENTS

We will measure your achievements with results from physical assessments including strength, endurance, body measurements and weight change (optional).

ACCOUNTABILITY + COMMUNITY

Your certified coach will monitor your progress closely, encouraging you and celebrating you along the way. You'll also have a community of moms all focused on their own transformations for additional support, guidance, and friendship!

CONTROL OVER YOUR CHOICES

With Body Well, you will regain the mental and physical strength to keep control over the things that matter most - your physical and mental health. You will get a downloadable Recipe Book, filled with 50+ seasonal, delicious family-friendly whole-food meals making mom life that much easier!
