This relaxed, community-focused gathering is the perfect way to unwind after your workout while your kids explore, create, and connect.

Playgroup is all about building friendships — for both moms and kids. Chat with other mamas, enjoy the fresh air, and watch your children engage in activities that support cognitive, creative, and social development. From arts and crafts to simple outdoor play, each experience encourages sharing, communication, and peer interaction in a fun, welcoming environment.

Have a friend curious about Fit4Mom? Invite them to join us for playgroup! It’s a great opportunity to meet our supportive Mama Community and see what we’re all about. And if your little one is still really little — no worries at all. All ages are welcome! Bring a picnic blanket, relax, and enjoy some tummy time while connecting with fellow moms.
