Offered by FIT4MOM Placer, our Stroller Strides classes are more than just a workout, they're a whole experience. Here’s what you can expect when you join us for a class in Roseville or Rocklin.

1. A Warm Welcome - Whether it's your first time or your fiftieth, you’ll be greeted with smiles and encouragement. Our instructors are certified in prenatal and postnatal fitness and are passionate about helping moms feel strong and supported.

2. A Full-Body Workout - Stroller Strides classes combine power walking with intervals of strength training, core work, and stretching. You’ll use resistance bands, your stroller, and the environment around you (think park benches and open space) for a functional workout designed for all fitness levels.

3. Baby Comes Too - No need for childcare! Your baby comes along for the ride! All exercises are stroller-safe, and we incorporate songs and interactive elements to keep little ones entertained.
