Around the World Stroller Barre - Pack your (imaginary) passports and join us for a special Around the World edition of Stroller Barre as part of our World Travel Week at FIT4MOM Camp! 🌍✈️
We’ll “travel” through France, England, Australia, and Mexico with fun music, themed movements, and playful surprises along the way. Expect a low-impact, full-body workout that blends strength, balance, and core work — all while your little ones enjoy the adventure right beside you!
From Paris-inspired pliés to Aussie-themed cardio bursts, this class is all about movement, imagination, and making memories together. Don’t forget to wear your favorite travel-inspired outfit or colors from around the world! 🌎💪🎶

Tie-Dye Playgroup - Get ready to add a little color to your week at our FIT4MOM Placer Tie Dye Playgroup as part of Color Explosion Week! 🌈✨
Join us for a fun morning of creativity, connection, and colorful memories with your littles. Families will have the opportunity to tie dye the shirts they’ll wear to our Family Field Day celebration on June 13th!
FIT4MOM Placer shirts are available for purchase: $12 for adult shirts and $8 for kids shirts. Prefer to bring your own shirt to dye? You’re welcome to do that too!
