Step into fall with FIT4MOM Placer’s annual WALKTOBER Step Challenge! From October 11–31, moms can set personal step goals, track progress in the StepUp app, and cheer each other on in this fun and motivating fitness challenge. Whether your target is 8,000, 10,000, 12,000, or 15,000 steps a day, you’ll be working toward your total goal across the challenge period.
