Stroller Strides is a total fitness program that moms can do with their babies. It includes power walking and intervals of strength and body toning exercises using exercise tubing, the stroller and the environment.

Stroller Barre® is a 60-minute cardio and strength interval class designed to improve posture, stability, and mobility. The workout combines moves inspired by barre, ballet, Pilates, fitness, and yoga to help you regain your posture and alignment and strengthen your body from the inside out! Stroller Barre will help you reconnect with your body, increase flexibility and develop the core strength needed for motherhood.

Whether you're preparing for an upcoming race or simply enjoy running with other like-minded mamas, Run Club is for you. A program for all levels, Run Club allows you to run, improve your health and fitness, and connect with other moms through two styles of class: Run Clinics which are designed to correct running form and increase speed and agility, and Run Days designed to increase endurance. No running experience required! At Run Club, you'll find the support you desire with other moms, receive guidance from a Coach that cares, and stay connected, accountable, and motivated through our online network. Join us!

Our FIT4MOM Run Club Coach will lead you through a family-friendly warm-up and a self-paced run to meet your skill level.

Come try our Run Club for FREE!! Connect with other moms, bring your little ones - or not! Runs are stroller friendly. There is no cost to attend.

Body Back® Transformation is an 8 week, result based, intense workout and nutrition program designed by and for moms. The workouts offer high-intensity, interval formats that give clients a total body workout. Body Back is where inspiration meets transformation: body, mind, soul. This program is for Mama and it's HER time!! She will experience a whole life change - mentally, physically, habitually.

Fit4Baby® is a program designed to strengthen the body for all the changes it will experience during pregnancy. These classes exclusively focus on pregnant moms! Regular activity such as Fit4Baby® classes can help to reduce many maternal aches and pains, increase energy during pregnancy and may speed the labor, delivery and recovery process. According to the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG), exercise is just as important during pregnancy as any other time of life. Fit4Baby® instructors are trained and certified so they are fully equipped to lead pregnant woman in exercises that are safe and appropriate for her changing body. Fit4Baby® classes are interval based, combining elements of strength training, cardiovascular exercises and stretching and balancing exercises. Pregnancy is the perfect time to commit to you and your baby's health. Exercise is an important component to your pregnant well being, as well as your strength as a new mom. Pregnancy is the perfect time to commit to health, and exercise is an important component to well-being for pregnant women and new moms.
