Recreation Park is a beautiful, oak filled park with lots of history. A visit to this grand old park is always memorable. We meet for classes under the covered picnic pavilion in the back parking lot near the large playground. All of our classes leave the starting location and tour the park so please arrive early. Be sure to bring a yoga mat or beach towel and a water bottle!

Come join us for a great morning workout at The Fountains in Roseville! We start every class near the big fountain in the center of the shopping area, in front of Pet Food Express. Every Tuesday after class you can enjoy free train rides with your kids and go shopping at the Farmer's Market in the Whole Foods parking lot. Please arrive early as our classes leave the starting point and tour the campus. Be sure to bring a yoga mat or beach towel and a water bottle!

This expansive, beautiful park in Loomis is a perfect setting for our fitness classes. Meet at the covered picnic pavilion. Our classes leave the starting point and tour the campus, so arrive 5 minutes early for class. Be sure to bring a yoga mat or beach towel and a water bottle!

We meet at the center of the baseball diamonds to warm-up, then leave the starting point to tour the campus. It has a fun toddler safe park where the kids love to play after class. Twin Oaks is a shady park in Rocklin, conveniently located off of Sunset Blvd on Park Drive. Enjoy a morning of exercise with your little one throughout the park and along the nature trails with us. Please arrive early as our classes leave the starting point and tour the campus. Be sure to bring a yoga mat or beach towel and a water bottle!
We'll meet on the grass across the street from the wading pool/enclosed play structure. Traveling North on Land Park Drive, turn left onto 14th Ave. (@ the 4-way stop) and vere right to the play structure (structure will be on your left). Please bring a sturdy stroller, water, a towel/yoga mat for ab work, and any comfort objects for your little one(s), should they become necessary.
Join us for Fit4Baby prenatal fitness at Herself Moms!
These classes exclusively focus on pregnant moms! Regular activity such as Fit4Baby® classes can help to reduce many maternal aches and pains, increase energy during pregnancy and may speed the labor, delivery and recovery process. According to the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG), exercise is just as important during pregnancy as any other time of life.
We contract with certified Fit4Baby® instructors so they are fully equipped to lead pregnant woman in exercises that are safe and appropriate for her changing body. Fit4Baby® classes are interval based, combining elements of strength training, cardiovascular exercises and stretching and balancing exercises.
Pregnancy is the perfect time to commit to health; and exercise is an important component to well-being for pregnant women and new moms.
